Section 01Agreement

By accessing www.rhobel.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Rhobel IT Solutions, Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Section 02What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this website only. They do not govern any development work we do for you. Project engagements are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work or master services agreement — signed by both parties. Where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Section 03Our content

All content on this site — text, design, code, layout, graphics and the Rhobel name and marks — belongs to Rhobel IT Solutions or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may view and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. You may not republish, sell, or systematically copy any part of this site without written permission.

Section 04Acceptable use

When using this site you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest or overload the site.
• Submit false information, spam, or unlawful content through our forms.
• Introduce malware or any code intended to disrupt the site.
• Use the site or its content to compete with or misrepresent Rhobel.

Section 05Enquiries and submissions

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract, a project commitment, or an obligation on either side. We will treat the contents of your enquiry as confidential and use it only to respond and prepare a proposal. Please do not send confidential technical material, credentials, or trade secrets through the website form — wait until we have a confidentiality agreement in place.

Timelines, price bands and case-study figures on this site are indicative, based on past projects, and are not offers or guarantees. Every engagement is quoted individually after a scoping conversation. We take care to keep information current but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free.

Section 07Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice, including for maintenance.
