Section 01Who we are

Rhobel IT Solutions ("Rhobel", "we", "us") is an IT services company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We operate the website at www.rhobel.com. For any question about this policy or your data, write to hello@rhobel.com.

Section 02What we collect

We collect only what you give us and what the site needs to function:

• Information you submit — name, email address, phone number, selected service and project description entered into our contact form.
• Information you send directly — the contents of emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages you initiate.
• Usage data — pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, device type and browser, collected in aggregate through privacy-focused analytics.

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not run advertising or behavioural tracking.

Section 03Why we use it

Contact details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and communicate during a project. Usage data is used to understand which pages are useful and to fix problems. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Section 04Legal basis

Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we process personal data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form, and for the legitimate purpose of responding to an enquiry you initiated. Where the GDPR applies to visitors in the EU or UK, our bases are consent (Article 6(1)(a)) and legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).

Section 05Who else sees it

We share data only with service providers who help us run the site, and only to the extent needed:

• Our hosting and deployment provider, for serving the website.
• Our form-handling provider, for delivering contact submissions to our inbox.
• Our analytics provider, which processes usage data in aggregate.
• Our email provider, for correspondence.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Some providers process data outside India; where they do, we rely on their contractual data-protection commitments.

Section 06Cookies

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors, which is why you will not see a consent banner. Any strictly necessary cookies exist only to make the site function.

Section 07How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to signed projects are retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years, to meet Indian tax and accounting requirements. Aggregate analytics is retained for 24 months.

Section 08Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete it where we have no ongoing legal reason to keep it, or withdraw consent for future processing. Write to hello@rhobel.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local supervisory authority.

Section 09Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to team members who need it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we will notify affected users and the relevant authority without undue delay if a breach occurs.

Section 10Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Section 11Changes

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
